Infinite Evolution System Made Me Too OP!

Chapter 257: The Leaders Of The Fire And Water Deity Tribes

Azmodeus was extremely intrigued by the rate at which everything evolved. In particular, he was interested in just how fast they could grow, if he say… caused the end of the world with a big rock from space!?

"Wouldn\'t that be a replay of a past apocalyptic event?" He mused, his perceptive gaze scanning the surroundings as he shot through the skies.

OOOM!

The world suddenly went dark as something blotted out the artificial sun in the sky, leaving the world below in a state of disarray.

"Ah, so this is the next evolutionary direction…"

Azmodeus looked above him and saw a bipedal monkey riding on top of something akin to a flying Leviathan.

The human rode the creature like he was the king of the world, and considering the way he looked, it made a lot of sense.

"..."

The God of this world watched the human stroke his long Norse-style beard, waiting for him to do something.

And that was when it happened…

SWOOOSH!

Another large creature—derived from some form of advanced lave dinosaur—appeared in view as it flapped its mountain-sized wings. This action caused the world to shake and quake as the surrounding topography was uprooted by the violent winds.

"##&$8:";$8$...$($)0#93"

There was a human riding on this lava creature as well, and this one actually had the ability to speak a language.

The language it spoke would normally be an incomprehensible one, but Azmodeus was God. And as God, he could make himself understand.

After changing the language settings, he rewound time by a few seconds and let the scene play out again.

Upon getting to the part where the newcomer human started to speak, Azmodeus took out a chair and placed it in thin air. This was followed by him conjuring up a box of popcorn before watching the live-action movie unfold in front of him.

"Even though I can only rewind or fast-forward time by a few seconds and it has a large cooldown, it is still a neat ability to have. But the matter of time can wait till later. After all, there is a movie currently airing…"

These were the last things God said before zoning in on the ongoing developments.

"Harkath! How dare you come to the Great Juju Forest with that wretched sea beast of yours!? Are you trying to force my hand!?"

A man of large stature—with a stone face and medium-length fiery red hair—stood atop the head of his Lava Wyrm, glaring at the equally imposing man in front of him.

"...Ha… What a Joke!!" Harkath leaped off of his sea beast, barreling right toward the enraged Omarm.

Omarm was the leader of the Fire Deity Tribe, while Harkath was the leader of the opposing Water Deity Tribe. And as one might expect, they oftentimes butted heads over any small matter that arose. This was not only because of their naturally different racial traits, but also because this is what their Deities instructed them to do.

Ho…? So it looks like a few Elemental Spirits have already started to play the part of gods… How interesting.

Azmodeus scanned through the memories of the two battling Viking-like men, as he was able to glean into the history of the world—a history that apparently went back millions of years.

One of many major events was the rise of the Spirits—entities who were in tune with the true elements of the world.

They were beings who were feared and respected, and after a few tens of thousands of years of cultivating the elements inside caves, they decided to rule the monkeys.

When the monkeys first came to be, the Spirits thought nothing of them, simply passing them off as another mindless species. However, after tens of thousands of years of evolution, the monkeys evolved into intellectually advanced creatures.

The Spirits saw potential in this rapid evolution, which was why they deemed themselves the masters of these monkey slaves.

The monkeys at the time were completely oblivious to the intentions of the Spirits. And after tens of thousands more years passed, they had already become far too accustomed to being slaves.

The mere thought of escaping their fates and becoming free monkeys never even crossed their minds…

After another long period of time, Harkath—the leader of the highly respected Water Deity Tribe—was asked to provoke the Fire Deity Tribe. This led to the current tension-filled sequence of events, and it was also what commenced the start of a long-drawn-out battle.

-

"You stupid fish lover!! You hit like my dead grandma!!!"

Omarm\'s roars could be heard from every inch of space as he clashed with Harkath in the skies, trading mountain crushing blow after another!

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Terrifying explosions and sonic booms reverberated as the two giant flying behemoths retreated from the scene out of fright.

Harkath lightly pushed away an incoming thunderous fist using his gentle water arts. After which, he swished around the moderately larger body of Omarm, catching him by surprise with a jaw uppercut!

BOOOOOM!

Omarm shot out into the skies like a stray arrow, ultimately finding himself planted on the side of a large mountain!

The mountain was crushed underneath the weight put behind the strike. However, the one who took it head-on only seemed to become even angrier.

"Are you mad!? You talk about your grandma, but little do you know that I fucked your grandma!! And boy, was she a delicious little thing…! Especially when I devoured her at the end-"

"YOU FUCKING BASTARD!!!!" Omarm bellowed out with a voice seething with rage, his figure blurring through a cloud of anger as he completely shattered the mountain he was on.

RUMBLE!!

The world shook underneath the immensity of his might as his fist increased in size by a millionfold from Harkath\'s perspective!

This would normally be enough to elicit fear in even the most iron-willed of men, but contrary to that belief, Harkath\'s evil smirk only grew. He moved one foot forward, allowing the water element bestowed by his god to flow under his soles. Then, with perfect body positioning, his body bent to an angle before he faded into mist…

...….
