Getting $10 Trillion Out Of Nowhere

Chapter 128 - 128: Chancellor Jesse Zachman

“Ms. Wallace, did Connor take the money?” Eunice asked Rachel with a puzzled expression.

“I’m not sure either!”

Rachel Wallace had been a lecturer for many years and had seen all kinds of students, but she had never seen someone like Connor.

In her eyes, Connor had a good character. At the very least, Rachel trusted Connor very much. However, at this time, he was caught red-handed. Rachel was not sure if Connor was a thief.

“Did something happen to Connor’s family?” Eunice continued.

Rachel gently shook her head. At this moment, she did not want to express any opinions.

Mandy, Brandon, Lily, and the others were very proud. After planning for so long, they could finally see Connor make a fool of himself. How could they not be happy?

After Connor saw Harvey remove the wallet from his desk, he remained calm. He narrowed his eyes and sized up everyone present, secretly remembering their expressions.

At this moment, one could see a person’s true nature more clearly.

‘It seems the mastermind behind today’s incident should be Brandon, Mandy, and the others. Otherwise, how could they not be surprised at all?’

When Connor saw the expressions of Mandy, Brandon, and the others, he secretly sighed.

Connor had never understood that Mandy had let him down first, and Brandon had also stolen his girlfriend.

Connor had never done anything to them, but the two of them had made things difficult for him one after another.

“Eunice, is this your wallet?” Harvey asked.

Eunice couldn’t believe what she was seeing. She stared at Connor as if she was waiting for Connor’s explanation.

Harvey saw that Eunice didn’t say anything, so he opened the wallet, and the cash inside was immediately exposed to everyone.

“Mr. Wagner, Connor has been caught red-handed! How do you want to deal with him?” Harvey asked Dylan when he saw that Eunice was silent.

“Alright, 1 didn’t expect you to do such a thing. You usually look like an honest kid. Come with me to the Academic Affairs Office now. I want to discuss with the other lecturers and see how to deal with you!” Dylan said angrily.

“The Academic Affairs Office?”

When the students heard that, they all looked fearful.

As long as they were students of Porthampton University, no one came out of the Academic Affairs Office unscathed.

“Mr. Wagner, I think you should interrogate Connor properly. Maybe he was the one who stole the money from us before!” Harvey said to Dylan with a sinister expression.

“It’s not up to you to teach me how to deal with this!” Dylan snorted coldly, then looked at Connor and said, “Alright, you brat, follow me!”

“I want to see the chancellor!” Connor said calmly to Dylan.

“What did you say?” Dylan was stunned for a moment and asked.

“I said 1 want to see the principal!” Connor calmly repeated and continued, “According to the school rules, the chancellor should deal with a theft incident. If it’s serious, the student will be expelled from school. If it’s light, the student will be placed on probation. Therefore, I want to see the principal now!”

When Connor first entered the school, he was worried that he would not be able to get the poverty grant, so he remembered every school rule in his heart.

If Connor went to the Academic Affairs Office with Dylan now, he would definitely be beaten up.

People like Dylan had always done things without thinking. No matter how powerful Connor’s background was, he could not explain it to him.

Therefore, Connor’s idea was very simple. He wanted to make a move on the chancellor directly.

As long as he could deal with the chancellor, they wouldn’t be able to talk nonsense even if he stole the money.

“Hehe, not bad, kid. You know the school rules. Alright then, I’ll bring you to see the chancellor now!” Dylan looked at Connor and smiled.

If this were handed over to the principal, Connor would be expelled. This would save him trouble.

When Brandon, Mandy, and the others heard that Connor had taken the initiative to meet the principal, their hearts were filled with joy. Wasn’t this a death wish?

“Let’s go!” Dylan said coldly to Connor.

Connor turned his head, gave Harvey a cold look, and walked out of the classroom.

When Connor passed by Rachel, she suddenly reached out and grabbed Connor. Then, she asked Connor softly, “Connor, tell me the truth. Did you steal the money?”

“No…” Connor lightly shook his head.

“Don’t get too nervous when you see the chancellor later. 1’11 do my best to help you!” Rachel said to Connor with a very serious expression.

“Thank you!” After Connor heard what Rachel said, he was very touched.

A few minutes later, Dylan brought Connor to the office of the chancellor of the Porthampton University.

“Wait at the door. I’ll go in and…”

Dylan opened his mouth and was about to speak.

Connor pushed open the door of the chancellor’s office and walked in.

“You brat, stop right there!” Dylan hurriedly shouted when he saw Connor barge in.

However, it was too late. After Connor entered the chancellor’s office, he said nothing else and sat directly on the sofa opposite the desk. He was very arrogant.

Previously, there were other students in the classroom, so Connor had been hiding his identity.

However, there were only Dylan and the principal in the office now. Connor naturally did not have to hide anything.

“Who are you? How dare you barge into the chancellor’s office?”

The principal of Porthampton University seemed frightened by Connor’s actions and asked angrily.

“Do I need to knock to enter your office?” Connor squinted and replied indifferently.

He was extremely domineering and stunned the chancellor of Porthampton University, Jesse Zachman.

Connor treated Jesse with such an attitude because he wanted to act tough but because he knew that although the chancellor of Porthampton University, Jesse, looked like a human dog, he was not a good person at all.

Although Jesse wasn’t as unscrupulous as Dylan, he had done some heartless things in private, such as forcing female lecturers to get in bed with him and deliberately using scholarships and degree certificates to trick female students.

Connor had heard many such things, but most students only discussed them in private. No one dared to bring these things up.

After all, Porthampton University was now under the control of Jesse and Dylan. The students had no right to offend them.

However, because others did not dare to offend him, it did not mean Connor did not dare to!
