The Strongest Conquest System

Chapter 355: Heading Off To Emperor Cockoff's Castle

It was a hard concept to grasp, and the way that such a place was formed was an even more convoluted topic, but regardless of all the oddities of the Twenty First Floor, it was still home to trillions of monsters!

Trillions of monsters that barely anyone in Asterion even knew existed...

And yet they did.

Furthermore, not only did they \'exist\', but they thrived and developed like a highly advanced civilization.

There were spaceships and weird-looking land vehicles traveling all across the hundreds of millions of miles that made up the Twenty-First Floor. And in those vehicles, monsterkin of every variety went about their days, heading in a plethora of different directions.

The Twenty First Floor truly would be a safe haven for all races alike!

As long as you weren\'t a human, that was

"Aaah! Pl-Please spare me!"

"I don\'t want to die! My home was completely destroyed! Was that not enough for you monsters!?"

"My Daughter! P-Please give me back, my daughter She\'s all I have!"

Cries and screams echoed throughout the lands of a certain populated section on the Twenty-First Floor as humans were being transported in carriages through gates that connected to the Twentieth Floor.

Millions of humans were coming in through the gates, all in varying states, but all of them had one thing in common: And that was the despair and anguish etched across their muddied and bloodied faces.

"..." "..." "..."

And outside such a large movement of human \'goods\', a few cloaked figures were watching with neutral looks on their faces.

The cloaked figures varied in size, and the smallest of them suddenly stepped forward, as her soft and meek voice was heard:

"C-Can\'t we save them, Azmond?" Calista asked with an almost inaudible tone.

"..." Azmond gazed down at the girl who was holding his left hand before he said, "There\'s no point. Unless we take care of the root problem, more humans will simply keep coming in to be sent off to who knows where."

"B-But, I\'m sure-"

Calista attempted to speak up once more, but a soft hand interrupted her voice.

*Pat Pat*

"You are kind and sweet, Calista. But if we move now, then we might alert the ones behind the scenes and wind up incurring billions more human deaths."

Azmond\'s honeyed words sounded out as he pulled the short catkin girl into a soft hug, attempting to alleviate some of her agitation.

"...Mhmm" Calista was still a little on edge, but when she felt Azmond\'s body warmth invade her insides, her expression eased up.

She melted into his embrace, as the two of them seemed to be in their own little world.

"..." Clawdia looked at the giddy expression on her sister\'s face as she said, "Can you stop flirting with my sister right in front of my face?"

"..." "..."

After hearing Clawdia\'s irked voice, both Calista and Azmond backed away from each other a little bit.

*Cough Cough* Azmond cleared the air a little before he said, "Why don\'t we head to our next destination?"

"..." Clawdia was still a little peeved over the way he was all over his sister, but she decided to let it pass for now.

After deciding to \'spare him\', she asked, "Are we still going to that Monster Emperor\'s residence? That one with the funny name?"

Azmond looked at the embarrassed expression on Calista\'s face for a second before he turned to Clawdia and responded, "Yep, we\'re going straight to \'Monster Emperor Cockoff\'s\' castle."

"Can\'t we just sit back and kill more of those Monster Slaves for now? I mean, you seemed really fired up about it a few months ago, but after essentially bringing them to extinction, your enthusiasm left you." Clawdia spoke.

"Well, in actuality, I\'ve only just scratched the surface of the Monster Slave population here on the Twenty First Floor, but they aren\'t going anywhere, so we might as well \'visit\' a Monster Emperor while we\'re here," Azmond replied with a slight grin.

Clawdia observed that same indecipherable smile on his face before she murmured, "...I see."

However, after her questions were done and over with, there was someone else who decided to chide in.

|Azmond! Does this mean we have to wait to go to that sweets shop we saw the other day!?| Boundless exclaimed while on top of Azmond\'s back.

*Squish Squish*

Those two soft and squishy pillows never stopped rubbing up against Azmond, but he had already acquired a tolerance for them after so long, so he simply responded, "Yep, that means you have to wait."

Boundless\'s expression puffed up before she said, |Y-You big baka! I won\'t give you any \'special treatment\' at the next hotel we go to! Humph!|

"..." Azmond heard what she said as he thought over his options before he eventually gave in and announced, "Change of plan, everyone. We\'re going to Willy Wonka\'s Chocolate Factory before we head out to Cockoff\'s castle."

Boundless\'s eyes brightened up at such an announcement, as she melted even further into his back and said, |Thank you, Azmond! I Love you so so so much~!|

Her face snuggled up on his, as she was beyond elated over hearing such good news!

Everyone watched Azmond get so easily coerced by the brown-haired ghost lady, as they weren\'t even surprised anymore.

The only people that seemed to be capable of completely moving him when and wherever they felt like were Boundless, Emu, and Calista.

As for the rest of them, they had to work for a choice on the matter.

But regardless of the woes of the rest of the group, Emu felt like adding something in as well, so it wiggled out of katana form and landed on the ground.

"Mhmu! Mhmu!" Emu chirped while bobbing in front of Azmond.

"What is it, little buddy?"

"Mhmu! Mhmu!" \'Eat!!\'

"...You want some chocolate too?"

"Mhmu! Mhmu!" Emu confirmed with shining eyes.

\'It looks like we really are going to that chocolate factory before we go and \'visit\' Cockoff\'s castle,\' Azmond thought with a wry smile.
