What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Chapter 539 Skeletal Dragon

Chapter 539 Skeletal Dragon

I dove through the hole expecting myself to be in the same boss room and…

Eh?

A floor came up to meet me and I almost didn\'t slow down in time before I crashed face first into the floor.

Surprisingly, I was already slowing down before I even spread my wings, meaning the fall had something magical in particular that would prevent me from killing myself even if I could not fly.

I looked around and found myself in the middle of an intersection with five tunnels leading out in five different directions.

Well, good news is that I know those three most likely didn\'t die from the fall alone.

The bad news is… I didn\'t know that the hole would not bring you to the same place… Meaning those three could very well be separated anywhere in the Dungeon right now.

Arrghhh!! I can\'t believe I made another mistake for this!

Goddamnit! Today is really not my day!

What made it worse is that I\'m in a part of the Dungeon that I do not recognise… And this is obviously a labyrinth floor so I would need to explore it to find a way out of here… Who knows how long that is going to take?

I looked around me, trying to see if there were any signs that might point me in the direction of some stairs. If I could just find a set of stairs, I could return to the surface and return back to the training camp.

At this point, I\'ve decided that chasing after them was an impossible idea and I\'ll just leave them to their fate. If they somehow could still crawl their way out of the Dungeon despite what I\'ve done to them, then so be it.

It\'s just a shame that I did not get my share of the money from the Treasure Mimic though…

Oh well, I actually think it\'s a good thing that I didn\'t get the money though. Because if I did, I might just decide not to explore the World anymore and simply stay in the capital and retire.

Coming back to my current situation… I\'m wondering which tunnel I should go to?

Maybe… Ah! I got it!

I took out my [Light Sword] and placed it with the tip balanced on the ground.

Making sure that it was pretty much stationary while standing upright, I quickly took a step back and released my grip on the sword\'s handle, ensuring that I don\'t move it too much from that movement.

The sword wobbled for a moment before slowly toppling over to the side, the tip of the sword pointed at one of the caves in particular.

Alright, guess I got my route decided for me~

I picked up my sword again and headed down the path that the sword had pointed for me, calling up one of my summons to lead the way in case of traps.

Surprisingly, there weren\'t any and it was just a monotonous stretch of path that eventually led me to a set of stairs leading downwards.

Oh wow, that was fast.

I descended down the stairs in preparation to go back up to the surface after I reached the bottom, but I paused when I realised the next floor was a boss floor.

Oh, is this the cavern floor where I killed the Undead Magridar Skeleton?

I peeked through the entrance and saw that it was not the same boss.

But what I did see was a giant undead skeletal dragon sitting there.

Wait a minute… I tried to peek behind the dragon and I realised there was no door to lead to the next floor. This skeleton dragon was the final floor boss!

Which means… If I beat it, I could get a Dungeon clear reward!

[Name: Dungeon Skeletal Dragon

Race: Monster

Stats:

850 Strength

150 Dexterity

200 Endurance

600 Magic

Magic Skills:

Necromancy (Tier 2), Geomancy (Tier 2) Cryomancy (Tier 2)]

Hmm… Hmm… I think I can beat it.

I\'m assuming it\'s going to use its Necromancy magic to summon skeletons like what the Lich did but its main power lies in its physical strength to crush its enemies.

In that case, my Shadow Summons can take care of its skeletons while I kite it with magic spells.

Sounds like a plan~

I nodded to myself before stepping past the doorway, entering the boss room with my sword in hand.

The Skeletal Dragon slowly started to get up from the ground, its skeletal wings unfurling to its full length in a threatening display of might.

It opened its mouth to roar but got hit in the face with a chunk of earth that I hurled at it with my Geomancy before it could.

What? Did you think I wasn\'t going to take advantage of that? It\'s not like I\'m stuck in a cutscene or something.

While the dragon was still stunned by the surprise attack, I had also deployed an entire group of my Shadow Summons who were either shooting arrows or charging towards the dragon with their weapons raised.

As for me, I ran to the side to flank the dragon, shooting even more rocks at it while it was still trying to recover its bearings.

It gave a roar and lifted up one of its claws to smash down onto the ground, creating a shockwave that rocked the earth beneath my feet.

Some of my summons lost their footing and fell onto the ground, but I managed to keep myself from falling by flying up into the air.

The roar also seemed to be an activation for its spell as skeletons started rising up from the ground just like I had assumed would happen.

Too bad for them, several of my summons had reached where they were crawling out from the ground and started smashing them with their warhammers even before they could fully climb out.

The dragon seemed quite pissed that I was denying it of its summons and tried to swipe its talons across the area in front of it to smash my summons apart.

My [Static Shock] hit the side of its head at that exact moment, stunning it for a short while.

That was enough time for my summons to back away from the dragon and when the paralysis wore off, the dragon\'s claws came down and smashed on its own skeletons instead.

It then flared its wings and several chunks of earth shot up from the ground to hover around it, the earth slowly morphing into rock spikes that it used to shoot at my summons.

A few of them were skewered by it but no big deal, I just called up more to replace the ones that were lost.

Thankfully, it seemed like this undead dragon was pretty dumb since it only paid attention to my summons and not to me. Thus, I had all the time I needed to go behind it and start charging my [Laser] without worrying about the dragon attacking me.

It rampaged around a little more and took out about half of my summons but I managed to pour in half of my mana into the spell before firing it.

I wasn\'t really sure if that was strong enough but I didn\'t want to use all my mana for now in case this boss had another surprise waiting for me.

My beam of light pierced through the air and struck the dragon in the back of the head, piercing through it like it was made of paper.

The Skeletal Dragon stumbled a few steps forward from the blow, a groaning sound emanating from its maw as it shook unsteadily.

I thought it was a sign that it was already on the verge of dying but it suddenly tensed up before the hole in its skull repaired itself.

Wait… What the fuck?

It doesn\'t have Iatromancy so… Did it use its Necromancy to heal itself?! They can do that?!

At this point, the dragon seemed to understand where the attack had came from and turned to me, its empty sockets seemed to stare straight at me.

It then did a running charge at me, its jaws opened wide to try and snap me up.

I had to leap out of the way but I managed to score a hit across its face with my light sword, cutting through the bone with its light enchantment.

When I looked back to see the damage I caused, the hole was already healing again, returning the dragon back to its full health.

Damnit… How the hell am I supposed to beat this? Do I need to keep attacking it until it runs out of mana to heal itself?

Unless I have an attack that can completely kill it or prevent it from healing itself--

I did not notice the dragon swinging its tail before it was too late.

All I felt was an explosion of pain in my abdomen before I was sent flying back and the world seemed to spin around me.
