Chapter 85: Dust Settled

Chapter 85: Dust Settled

After enduring the Dragon Breath, Audino suddenly jumped high into the air, grabbing the long tail of Flygon that was floating in midair and violently throwing it to the ground.

Although this slamming move didn\'t have much power, it truly angered Flygon. Being thrown to the ground made it lose face as the leader of its kind, especially with so many Trapinchs watching the battle.

In its fury, Flygon raised its tail, emitting a green light, and lashed out at Audino, who was close by.

Audino, caught off guard, was struck and sent flying, crashing into the surrounding earthen wall, creating a cloud of dust.

Having finished its strike, Flygon rose from the ground and glared angrily at Audino.

Speaking of skills, Flygon was heavily countered by Audino. Despite Audino not being a Fairy-type Pokémon, it was one of the non-Fairy-types most skilled in using Fairy-type moves. The Misty Terrain had greatly handicapped Flygon.

Although the two Pokémon were of similar levels, Audino wasn\'t particularly adept at battles. Normally, it wouldn\'t stand a chance against Flygon.

Flygon\'s previous Dragon Tail, though weakened by half, didn\'t deal significant damage to Audino.

However, having lived in this environment for years, Flygon was unaware of this fact. It continued using Dragon-type moves against Audino, taking advantage of the Misty Terrain.

Audino got up from the ground, annoyed that it had been so easily hit by Flygon\'s tail. Clenching its fists, it quickly formed a Shadow Ball and hurled it at Flygon.

Calmly, Flygon raised its slender tail again, deflecting the Shadow Ball. The explosive impact against the earthen wall caused a massive explosion, scattering many Trapinchs in fright.

Seeing that its Shadow Ball had no effect, Audino grew even more furious. It continuously conjured and threw Shadow Balls at Flygon, but each one was deflected by the Dragonfly\'s tail.

The surrounding earthen wall was riddled with craters from the explosions of the Shadow Balls, and only a few Trapinchs were left watching.

At this point, Flygon had grown extremely impatient with the back-and-forth exchange of attacks with Audino. It ignited countless blue flames all over its body and charged towards Audino.

It unleashed its ultimate Dragon-type move, Dragon Rush.

Observing Flygon\'s intent to use its finishing move, Audino didn\'t back down either. Countless pink lights gathered around its hands, soon shining as brightly as the sun.

With hands formed into palms, Audino unleashed a Dazzling Gleam upon the charging Flygon.

This was the clash between Dazzling Gleam and Dragon Rush.

The confrontation between the two Pokémon led to a violent explosion, and both of them were sent flying.

After the dust settled, the figures of the two Pokémon emerged. At this point, Flygon lay unconscious on the ground, and Audino wasn\'t faring much better. Though not in a coma, it was lying motionless.

Yuga quickly released Chimecho and had it use Heal Pulse on Audino.

After some healing, Audino\'s condition improved significantly. While not fully recovered, it could at least walk normally.

As for Flygon leader, Yuga had already captured it in a Poké Ball.

Taking advantage of Vibrava not having returned yet, Yuga, accompanied by his Pokémon, swept the area. All Trapinchs with green or higher potential were captured by Yuga.

These Trapinchs were of very low level, making them easy for Yuga to handle.

Additionally, Yuga found numerous chambers containing Trapinch Pokémon eggs. Without hesitation, he took away all eggs with green or higher potential.

During this process, Yuga couldn\'t exactly count how many eggs and Trapinchs he had captured. Roughly estimating, it was probably a few hundred in total.

The quantity was truly staggering. How had the Arus Empire managed to achieve such a level? Yuga was curious, but as a beneficiary, the process didn\'t matter much to him.

Lastly, there was the green orb placed on the stone tablet, which had made Gligar quite anxious.

This green orb was exquisitely beautiful. Just being near it made one feel enveloped in a warm aura.

When Yuga took the orb, he noticed that the stone tablet containing it was covered in ancient Pokémon text. Concerned that Vibrava might return at any moment, he didn\'t have time to use the system for translation. Instead, he directly stored the entire stone tablet in his system\'s backpack.

After completing all of this, Yuga promptly fled the scene with Audino and the other Pokémon.

In truth, Yuga was quite envious of Vibrava group. However, their sheer number was overwhelming, even though their levels were low. Even with all of Yuga\'s Pokémon combined, it would have been too much to handle.

Yuga also had to thank the Trainer Shop within the system. Although it rarely produced valuable items, its unlimited supply of Poké Balls was a lifesaver. Without it, Yuga probably wouldn\'t have been able to capture the Trapinchs or Gligars.

Outside the area of the Yellow Earth Platform, Vibrava were still searching for Flygon\'s presence. Yuga and his team had to proceed cautiously, afraid of being discovered. Being caught would surely lead to dire consequences.

It took Yuga and the others almost five hours of careful maneuvering to finally leave the space and return to the entrance of the underground area they had entered.

Once they were out of the entrance, Yuga released Gligar leader and had it guide them to find the exit from the maze.

With the guidance of the native Gligar leader, Yuga\'s group finally managed not to get lost again. Several hours later, they reached the exit of the maze.

However, this exit was clearly not the same as the entrance they had come in through with the stone net. Nevertheless, having had enough of the labyrinth, Yuga didn\'t care whether it was the original exit or not. He and Audino simply escaped through it.
