Chapter 103: The ceremony

"O-of course not, I was just thinking. Woo, Artoria, what would you do if I said yes?" Ha Joon responded.

Artoria smiled a bit, "Then I\'ll throw a royal ceremony tomorrow and make our wedding official."

\'She\'s actually serious? I\'m not ready to be loyal to one woman, I mean, I\'m not ready to be a husband. I literally know nothing about women.\' Ha Joon was practically sweating where he was seated.

[Men of power marrying more than one woman, or having several mistresses and servant wives, is a very common thing. It is viewed as the man being valued by the females.]

\'In other words, I can marry multiple women?\'

[Correct]

[But bear in mind, the first wife is viewed as superior to the rest.]

\'Understandable.\'

Without any warning, Ha Joon grabbed Artoria by the thighs, her face immediately turning red as he used his other hand to softly tilt her chin.

"Sorry I took too long to decide. I, Ha Joon Kim, accept your proposal, wife."

Artoria froze up for a while, her surprise evident on her face as she locked gazes with him.

In that moment, if she could kiss him, she would, but that would only lead to her contract with Excalibur being terminated.

"I want to kiss you," Artoria spoke, her finger rubbing on his lips, "So don\'t forget the promise you made to me."

"Put babies in you?" Ha Joon gently bit her finger.

"I\'ll go inform the executives to make a formal announcement about the ceremony tomorrow." Artoria smiled as she pulled away and walked out the door.

The moment she was gone, Ha Joon rested his head on the chair and looked up at the ceiling.

\'Bruh, I\'m actually getting married? I never once thought about this, or maybe I did and didn\'t think too much about it. I mean, Artoria didn\'t seem like the kind to have romantic feelings towards me… did she?\'

"Ha Joooooon~"

"Huh?"

Ha Joon turned his gaze downwards to his thighs and noticed Merlin there, kneeling in between his thighs with her head resting on his crotch.

"W..what are you doing, Merlin?" Ha Joon asked with an uneasy expression.

Merlin put her finger in her mouth, looking at Ha Joon with her cute eyes as she uttered, "I can be a good… wife too."

"Eh?"

"I get why marrying Artoria is important, but doesn\'t that mean you\'ll forget about us, and even worse, you\'ll marry more princesses from other kingdoms… I don\'t want that, at least not before me."

Ha Joon was a bit taken aback by her words, but he soon smiled, his hand on her head as he petted her.

"I\'m not marrying anyone else, and even if that were the case, they are not replacing you. And besides, who said anything about forgetting you when I marry Artoria? I love all you guys, and I\'m way too selfish to give anyone up."

Pfft! Hahaha!

Merlin laughed, sitting on the floor as she wiped the water from the side of her eyes.

"You really are something else. You\'re getting married to the king, yet you still want to keep the women you\'ve been messing around with?"

"Don\'t say it like that… think of it as keeping everything under investment." Ha Joon raised a finger as he explained himself.

"Right, right, investment," the laughter still lingering in Merlin\'s voice as she stood up from the ground.

"Well, what can I say? I\'m just like that," Ha Joon said smugly with his eyes closed.

"So, you\'ll take me as your mistress, is that what you\'re saying?" Merlin rested her hand on her waist.

"You can be whatever you want, baby."

Merlin wanted to crack up again, but instead, she moved closer to him and turned her back.

Gently, she settled her fat ass on his crotch, her hand on his knees to balance herself.

Ha Joon\'s hand shook, the urge to slap those huge cannons slowly taking over him.

With a small grind, Ha Joon felt his dick erect from underneath his trousers.

But then, Merlin stopped and looked at him, "I look forward to working with you, Ha Joon Kim."

"Pleasure is mine, Merlin…."

He paused.

\'Eh? What\'s her full name?\'

Later that day.

It was announced throughout the whole kingdom that the King of Camelot, Artoria Pendragon, was going to throw a ceremony and the nobles and citizens were invited.

The people of Camelot were excited as something as grand as a ceremony had not been thrown in Camelot for a long time. Not many even got the chance to see their King in anything other than her armor.

But what made the people even happier was the fact that Ha Joon Kim, their savior, was going to be present.

Merlin was able to make invitation tickets and sell them for as cheap as 1500 eres to the commoners, while the nobles were sent direct invites, even kings and nobles from friendly kingdoms.

As night came, the guards of Camelot had begun to get the city ready for the grand event. Decorations were made, and people had begun setting up food stalls and counters close to the castle.

They all worked tirelessly for two days until finally, the big day arrived.

The ceremony had begun at the first sight of sunlight. People from all over the kingdom gathered; the first ceremony in years, only a fool would miss that.

At long last, Camelot was feeling like they always wanted it to be — home.
