Chapter 193: Primordial Respawn, Sunsmite Empire
This was the game plan, and with a set goal in mind, he headed out, informing no one of his departure and leaving his other half back inside his cave abode.
"I\'ve been stagnant for far too long. And what better way to alleviate stagnation than to fight those stronger than myself…?"
With these words, his crimson-dyed kimono vanished past the line between dimensions.
He saw a vast, expansive, and vibrant country the moment he left the Crimson Dimension.
This was the Heaven Exploding Faction.
It was something he created from scratch after having just left the Rank 7 River Serpent Sect in the Continent of Northern Spirits. And with its evolution into the Heaven Exploding Sect while in the Emonius Sect, there was no more stopping its development.
The Heaven Exploding Sect became the faction that all inside its territory feared, revered, and, most of all, respected.
It was this view generalized among the people that the Heaven Exploding Sect leaked out more than a little of the \'Power of Faith\' to those in the surrounding parsecs.
Most of the factions that felt the immense power of faith were nothing more than 1st Tier Double Leafed Square\'s, all of which were far weaker than the Heaven Exploding Sect. However, there was one faction in particular that caught wind of the power of faith.
That faction was the 2nd Tier Sunsmite Empire!
It was an empire with a history spanning trillions of years, possessing above-average power, even among those of the same rank.
There used to be trillions of Squares that originally made up its territory, but after becoming a Tier 2 Square, all of the Square\'s became one large square.
All further annexed Squares simply added onto the area of the already massive territory.
It was this very behemoth of an empire that the Unparalleled Crimson Devil Lord planned to overthrow. Not by using numbers and not by taking it slow, but through the simple act of fighting the strongest among them until he ultimately becomes the strongest.
With this plan already set in motion, it was only a matter of time before the leaders of the Sunsmite Empire acquired a headache so large that no amount of conquered land could hope to save them…
...
10 years passed since Azmodeus initiated his journey toward the Sunsmite Empire. And it was on the 3800th day since his departure that he finally made it to one of the many entrances to the Sunsmite Empire.
However, contrary to the grandiosity he was expecting to see after coming into contact with the still-exposed barrier between Squares, there was nothing especially awe-inspiring about the Sunsmite Empire.
There were a few pointed orange and red sun-like structures situated above a few tall mountains, as well as a few cities that seemed almost Aztec. But other than that, the vast grassy plains and spritely meadows were eerily similar to what his general territory looked like.
The average Physical Existence Rank of the Square\'s inhabitants was roughly the same as the minimum bench for his Heaven Exploding Faction as well.
To be completely candid, the only thing that truly stood out was the fact that instead of one single sun and moon that his Square had, the Sunsmite Empire had six suns and six moons.
Furthermore, all of them pointed in every direction in an almost cartoonish way.
Nevertheless, Azmodeus was not there to sightsee, so he phased through the barrier he just came in through before taking out something called a \'Primordial Respawn\'.
It was something that would allow him to respawn with a new Primordial Essence Clone right next to the territory of the Sunsmite Empire without having to once again make the 10-year trip.
Something like this would typically not be possible and was far from the most viable option to take. But after making use of his Peak Planet Forger Rank Professions, there were many ways to conceal and shroud the time that contained the framework of the Primordial Respawn.
Azmodeus called this item the Primordial Checkpointer, and he would be using this key-shaped object in order to make his goal of infinitely coming back to life a complete success.
"This spot should work," he muttered, his gaze focused on a deep hole in the ground that contained countless numbers of slimy feelers.
It\'s clearly some form of worm monster, which will be perfect for what I wish to use it for…
He sent out his divine sense just in case, and after confirming that it was in fact a galaxy-sized \'Mound Devourer\', the Primordial Checkpointer was chucked into the behemoth\'s mouth.
Its intermittent blinkers flashed as it made its way into the pit of the beast.
After which, an unusual energy shot out of Azmodeus\'s hand; its purplish makeup caused the Mound Devourer to enter a state of forced slumber, effectively making use of a soporific-inducing spell.
"With that out of the way and the behemoth not waking anytime soon, I can confidently head into the Sunsmite Empire."
Azmodeus flew away from the gaping hole in the sandy ground as he blurred in the direction of a slightly translucent golden barrier.
It was a barrier that normally prevented one from going into the square if they were past a certain power level.
That was unless you just so happened to be going into a Square during the century when all the barriers were open for intrusion…
FWAZIIP!
Upon making it to the other side of the flimsy barrier, Azmodeus realized that no guards had come to intercept his intrusion, even though he knew that someone could feel his presence in their territory.
It seems like security is extremely lax…
Considering how large the Square Ruler\'s territory must be, it makes a lot of sense…
