Infinite Evolution System Made Me Too OP!

Chapter 62: Half a Year, The Evil Cultivator...?

Certainly! Here\'s the corrected version:

In addition, if the cultivation level of the Evil Cultivator who kidnapped him was any indication, then the probability of him being a prime example of one of the \'Hunted\' was extremely high.

For most in Azmodeus\'s situation, this would usually be a good thing, as they wouldn\'t have to deal with a Half-Step Nascent Soul Realm Cultivator and would simply need to wait things out until someone or something found the discarded pill cauldron.

However, for him, who had already obtained the maximum amount of benefits he could acquire from the residue aura left in the Pill Cauldron, it was nothing but a hindrance—a hindrance that would need to be moved out of the way...

"I was originally going to kill your owner and take you for myself. But since you have been forced to lock me in here with no way to destroy just the formation, I will have to take you both out-...wait…"

Azmodeus suddenly stopped his words and the buildup of a crimson-colored energy bubbling to his side, realizing that there might actually be something else to gain from this.

Formations… I have become an Alchemist, so why not become a Formations Master as well…?

And from what I can tell, there are runes incorporated into this high-level Formation, so becoming a Runes Master is an additional option…

He pondered the matter for a few moments, eventually leaning upon the set of choices centered around whether or not he should focus on becoming a Runes Master or Formations Master.

At least, that was until he understood something essential about himself. Thus, he looked up at the slightly glowing Formation that encapsulated the entirety of the Cauldron.

"Why should I choose between the two of them when I can just go for both paths?? The Infinite Evolution System chose me for a reason—a reason that I may not know the intricacies of, but what I do know is that it wants me to evolve.

And can I truly say that I\'m infinitely evolving if I\'m forced to choose between two different professions…?"

It was through this revelation that Azmodeus inched a little further toward understanding the essence of \'Infinite Evolution\'.

It was also because of this understanding that he figured out something that he had no concrete evidence to prove…

"There are no limits… No end to cultivation… The Mahayana Realm is not even close to the end…"

He didn\'t know what made him believe that, but it felt like something within his very being was telling him to come to the natural conclusion that there was no limit to anything.

There was no limit to his cultivation, his Alchemy, or even the two professions that he was about to delve into…

-

Two months later.

WAAAA!

"..."

Immense levels of Qi swirled around inside the Evil Cultivators Pill Cauldron. And while it steadily increased in intensity, Azmodeus sat in his usual cross-legged position, contemplating the profundities of the essence of Formations and Runes.

It was in this deep state of pondering that he realized that there was absolutely no way that the Evil Cultivator could put up such a complex and intricate rune formation.

To begin with, even the most talented of heavenly geniuses who put hundreds of years of effort into comprehending the two professions would find themselves hard pressed to even reach the Low-Sky Rank in both of the two very different professions.

However, this formation was definitely of the Peak-Sky Rank, if not infinitely close to the Earth Rank. And Azmodeus was one hundred percent sure that the Evil Cultivator was no Heavenly Genius and had likely acquired all of his cultivation through the evil actions that he committed over the years.

This was all veering toward the notion that this Formation was likely not even set up by the Evil Cultivator and was, in actuality, the result of him using some form of Formation Scroll or Rune Tablet.

Furthermore, considering that it had both Formations and Runes incorporated into it, there was a high chance that it was an extremely rare and sought after Rune Formation Stele!

Additionally, when you include the fact that it was at the very minimum of the Peak-Sky Rank, it was extremely probable that this particular Rune Formation Stele was comparable to the value of a high-level Qi Gathering formation array!

A Qi Gathering formation array was what one who was proficient in the arts of Formations and Arrays could make as long as their comprehensions were high enough.

However, that wasn\'t the point of it being mentioned; it was instead because, just like Rune Formation Stele\'s, Formation Arrays of decent quality were absurdly expensive!

In fact, they were so expensive that even the king of the Fire Nation would find himself and his kingdom in deep sh*t if he one day decided to splurge on one…

-

Azmodeus continued his comprehensions of the Formations and Runes that enveloped the Pill Cauldron.

Although he acquired enough understanding of the profundities of both abstruse concepts, he still wished to fully solidify not only his cultivation foundation and his Alchemy Foundation, but also his foundational understanding of both Formations and Runes.

To recount, it was on the half-year mark since his being trapped in the Pill Cauldron that he reached a state of perfect coalescence—a state that was hard to achieve even for the most talented of Heavenly Geniuses!

It was through this state of complete balance and perfection—similar to enlightenment—that he decided to put all of his effort into progressing his comprehensions of the Formation and Rune Master Professions.

On a side note, the main reason why it took so long for him to begin achieving some modicum of progression in the Formation and Rune Professions was because he lacked a mysterious book like \'Alchemy\'s Essence\' for both of them.

The only thing he had relevant to the two profound professions were a few Low-Mortal Rank manuals, both of which cost him thousands of gold coins even with their low ranks being considered in the price…
